The Power of Choice: Shaping Your World

The Power of Choice: Shaping Your World Every December, I take time to reflect on the year gone by and gather my thoughts about life, growth, and the lessons I’ve learned. This year, I’m inspired by an idea that I believe can reshape how we think about our experiences: the power of choice and perspective .   To me, life is strikingly similar to Minecraft. You’re dropped into a vast, open world with nothing but your hands. No instructions. No guarantees. Yet, this emptiness is the beauty of it—it’s a blank canvas waiting for you to create something extraordinary.   What you choose to build, how you handle setbacks, and how you treat others along the way are entirely up to you. Just like in Minecraft, your life is your world to shape, block by block . Life Is Your Canvas (or Minecraft World) In Minecraft, you start with nothing but a pair of hands and an endless world around you.  Friday, 22nd February 2021 8:30 PM Dear Diary This is my first diary entry. I have a lot to tell you which I am sure you won't disclose to anyone. Today was the last session of the 9th standard with the last day of online classes. We have our exams from 28th February. Covid 19 cases are increasing day by day and we are going to have our exams at our home. Today was the last maths revision test. Math is my favorite subject. I will soon also start revision for my upcoming science exam.  I and my brother usually fight every day but today we did not. For writing you dear diary, I am missing my favorite television show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma'. Today I also went to play but I didn't play well so I will try to improve my football. Do you know? when I was eating cream bread of haldiram today, I became nostalgic as we used to have the same things in the evening snacks in our school. For almost the last whole year we are having online classes. Covid has changed everything...
